She is a Canadian Pakistani. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Karachi, Karachi, Pakistan. She took a diploma (4 years) in Textile Design from Karachi School of Arts, Pakistan. She earned her MA (Hons.) in Visual Arts from the National College of Arts, Lahore, Pakistan. She has had more than 6 years of experience in art education.

She has attended various group exhibitions. Her group shows include participation at Granville Island art festival( Vancouver, Canada), International art festival(Doha Fire Station), 3rd Art Atelier Qatar Foundation exhibition, Dhow boat festival Live painting participation and Katara, 4 Visions Exhibition. Currently, she continues her works in Doha, Qatar.
