Reşat Ceylan was born in Şanlıurfa in 1980. He completed his primary education here.

In 2007, he got into the Mersin University Faculty of Fine Arts as the first. After graduation, he settled in Istanbul. He lives in Istanbul and continues to work in his workshop. 2003-2019 "participated in the event, various fairs and group exhibitions both in Turkey and abroad.

He gave talks on the art experience in schools.
